Eugene Pugachov is a New York-based guitarist, composer, and arranger from Ukraine who has toured and performed with such noticeable as the Grammy-nominated pianist Joel Holmes and John Beasley, Dwight Trible, Frank Parker. Before moving to New York Eugene lived in Berlin where he was an important part of the jazz scene. He had worked, recorded, and toured with many famous European musicians such as Norvald Dahl, David Sundby, and Peter Schwebs to name a few. Now Eugene resides in NYC performing and recording with the best musicians both as a sideman and a leader while keeping his extensive teaching schedule.

Eugene has been teaching for the past 15 years, while touring he gave masterclasses and clinics to children, adults, music teachers, as well as teaching in music schools and private settings. Also, Eugene has many years of experience teaching online classes to people around the world.
